Full-Time Preschool Lead Teacher
Requirements:

Associates Degree with preschool, early childhood, or elementary teaching experience (those working towards a degree will be considered)

At least 2 years of experience e working with young children preferred

Responsibilities:

Be trained in or familiar with High scope Curriculum

Participate in Professional Development and Training workshops continuously

Maintain a Keepsake Assessment Portfolio for each student

Manage normal classroom feeding, napping, and cleaning duties

Create a well-planned and organized lesson plan 1 week in advance

Apply research based best practices in the classroom

Bright Young Minds University is currently seeking Elementary School Teachers for the 2022-2023 school year.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, preparing, & delivering lesson plans & instructional materials that facilitate active learning.

Develop schemes of work, lesson plans & tests in accordance w/ established procedures.
-
Instruct & monitor students in use of learning materials & equipment.
-
Maintain accurate & complete records of students' progress & development.
-
Use of relevant technology to support & differentiate instruction.
-
Provide appropriate feedback on work.
-
Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing & enforcing rules & procedures.
-
Maintain discipline in accordance w/school rules & disciplinary systems.
-
Encourage/monitor students progress & use information to adjust teaching strategies.
-
Prepare required reports on students & activities.
-
Participate in department, school, district, & parent meetings.
-
Establish & communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.

Prepare the classroom for class activities.

Provide a variety of learning material resources for use in educational activities.

Skills and Qualifications:
