Student Enrollment Process
Thank you for your interest in Bright Young Minds Academy. Feel free to call our office and schedule a tour of our facility to get a complete understanding of our preschool program.
Once your family tours our facility, we encourage you to ask any questions as you consider our educational program.

Upon determination that you would like to enroll your child in the academy, your application will be reviewed and considered based on our admission standards and availability of space.
Once accepted for enrollment a complete enrollment packet must be completed and submitted.

Upon enrollment, a $50 registration fee and a deposit is required to secure the slot.

Here’s How It Works…..
Step1: Ask the Director of your Childcare program to issue you a referral certificate.
Step 2: Find three families to share your great experience at Bright Young Minds.
Step 3: Issue each family a Referral Program
card, and tell them to submit it with the admission packet upon enrollment. The families will receive 50% OFF of the enrollment fees, just because You referred them to our program.
Step 4: After the families have been enrolled in our program at Bright Young Minds for 90 days, you will receive an automatic credit to your account equal to one month of tuition for your child(ren).

New families must enroll full-time for you to receive a credit.

New families must submit the Referral Program card upon enrollment to Bright Young Minds Academy. Referrals are not retroactive.

Both you and the new families must have an active account and enroll in monthly auto pay for accounts to apply.
Employee Application Process
To be considered for employment:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in early childhood education or elementary education

Able to pass drug test and state/federal background check

Commit to at least one year of service to maintain consistency for students

Job Description
Full-Time Preschool Lead Teacher
Requirements:
-
Associates Degree with preschool, early childhood, or elementary teaching experience (those working towards a degree will be considered)

At least 2 years of experience e working with young children preferred

Team-oriented and energetic

Organized, Creative, Innovative, and motivated

Positive attitude

Honest person of high morals and values

Excellent oral and written comunication skills

Effective time manager.
Responsibilities:

Be trained in or familiar with High scope Curriculum

Participate in Professional Development and Training workshops continuously

Maintain a Keepsake Assessment Portfolio for each student

Manage normal classroom feeding, napping, and cleaning duties

Create a well-planned and organized lesson plan 1 week in advance

Apply research based best practices in the classroom
